Okay so coming to comfort it’s quite comfortable. Its a dual sided mattress and yes the soft part is just too soft for normal people who won’t find comfort ; and the hard side is also on the softer side and not that hard. I am using the hard side which is definitely usable and satisfactory. Go for it if you are tight on budget. It’ll be definitely worth the money.
